This website is operated by EJCO, LLC, doing business as Nauti Claus ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing
We try to display our products, colors, and prices accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.

Wholesale accounts
Wholesale pricing is for verified retailers. We may cancel orders from accounts that can't provide a valid seller's permit or resale certificate. Refunds on cancelled orders may have payment processing fees deducted.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Orders are made to order. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, names, logos, and content on this site belong to Nauti Claus and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies to orders placed after it's posted.
